I'm going
to Guatemala. You should come.

Antigua is one of those cities that makes you wonder why you waited so long. Come see it with me.

September 23 to 27, 2027  ·  5 days, 4 nights
This is how I travel.
It's me going somewhere I've never been and leaving a seat open for you to join.

I've been doing this for years: Cuba, Dubai, Bali, Alaska, Napa, and more. Every trip I host, I do one thing: go somewhere worth going and bring people who are ready for it.

Antigua is one of those places. A 400-year-old colonial city ringed by volcanoes, with cobblestone streets, incredible food, and a coffee and chocolate culture that'll change how you think about both. I've done the research, booked the spots, and handled every detail.

All you have to do is show up.

Real experiences.
Real Culture.

Day 2 · Morning

A proper walk through the city

Not a vague stroll. We're going deep. An expert guide takes us through UNESCO-recognized architecture, cathedral ruins, colonial history, and the neighborhoods most people walk past. Three hours that reframe everything you'll see for the rest of the trip.

Day 2 · Afternoon

Chocolate, the way it was meant to be

You're going to roast cacao, grind it by hand, and mold your own chocolate bars. No factory line. Just the process the Maya used for centuries, with you doing the work. You take your bars home. Yes, they taste better because you made them.

Day 3 · Morning

Coffee from the actual farm

Guatemala grows world-class coffee. We're going to the estate where it starts, walking the rows, understanding the whole process from cherry to cup, and tasting what altitude and volcanic soil actually do to a bean. After this, gas station coffee will never be the same.

Day 3 · Afternoon

We cook. Then we eat.

A hands-on class in traditional Guatemalan cooking: five dishes, including pepián, jocon, and rellenitos. You're not watching a chef. You're the chef. Then we sit down, eat what we made, and talk about how it's better than anything we could've ordered. Transport included.

Day 4 · Morning

Up into the hills

A guided excursion above the city: nature trails, dramatic viewpoints, a photo moment that'll end up on your wall. Private bilingual guide. This is the one where you realize you're not in a city anymore, and the city looks impossibly beautiful from up here.

Day 4 · Evening

The dinner you'll still be talking about

A restored colonial home. Twelve guests max. A rotating seasonal menu built around Guatemalan ingredients, paired with rum and aguardiente cocktails. Your host explains every course, every flavor decision, every piece of cultural context. This is why we came.

I've been traveling
for 15+ years.
I know what I'm doing.

40+ countries. 5 continents. 8+ group trips: Cuba, Dubai, Bali, Alaska, Napa Valley, and more. I started Limitless Travels by BLee because people kept asking me to take them somewhere, and eventually I said yes.

I'm not selling you a package. I'm inviting you on a trip I was already planning. The seat is open. The rest is handled.

Good questions

Before you
commit

What's not included?

Your flights to Guatemala City (GUA). That's it. Everything else is in the price. Travel insurance is strongly recommended and on you to sort before departure.

Do I need a visa?

US passport holders don't need a visa for Guatemala for stays under 90 days. Most other Western passports are also visa-free. Verify yours before booking.

How many people are coming?

Small. That's the whole point. The tasting dinner alone caps at 12 guests, and we'll likely be fewer. This isn't a tour bus situation.

How physical is this trip?

Moderate. The city is walkable but cobblestoned, so wear real shoes. Day 4's excursion has light hiking on trails. You don't need to train for it, but you should be comfortable walking a few miles.

Can I come solo even if I don't know anyone else going?

That's half the people on every group trip I've ever hosted. Some of the best travel friendships start exactly this way. The solo price gets you your own private room. Everything else you do with the group.

What's the deposit and cancellation policy?

A $300 per person deposit secures your spot and locks in your reservation. The deposit is non-refundable. After that, monthly payments keep your reservation current, and your final payment due date is listed on your invoice. Cancellations follow our standard Travel Policies: cancel 90 or more days before departure for a refund of payments minus the deposit and any late fees. Within 90 days, payments are non-refundable.
